Process

How working with us works

Four simple steps from your first call to work being delivered.

The four-step process

  1. Step 1: Book a Free Consultation

Pick a time or send a short message. We keep the first conversation simple: who you are, what is taking up your time, and whether we are the right help.

    • No obligation to continue
    • Honest feedback on fit
    • No sales pressure
  2. Step 2: Discuss Your Needs and Priorities

We go through the tasks, tools and bottlenecks you describe, and agree which one or two things would make the biggest difference to start with.

    • Review of current tools and workflows
    • Priorities ranked together
    • Questions answered plainly
  3. Step 3: Agree Scope, Deliverables and Pricing

You receive a written scope: what is included, what you will receive, how we will communicate, and the price. Nothing begins until you have agreed to it.

    • Written scope and deliverables
    • Clear pricing for that scope
    • Confidentiality terms agreed up front
  4. Step 4: Begin Onboarding and Delivery

We set up access you control, confirm communication channels and schedules, and start delivering. Progress updates and review points keep you in the loop.

    • Access limited to what the work needs
    • Regular progress updates
    • Review before sign-off

FAQ

Common questions

Where is Xarish based, and who do you work with?

We are a remote service provider operating from Pakistan, serving eligible US small and growing businesses. All work is delivered online. We do not operate a US office, and we agree on communication windows that suit your time zone.

Do you provide accounting, tax, or legal services?

No. Our bookkeeping support is administrative: organizing records and entering data into your accounting software. We are not a licensed CPA firm and do not provide accounting, tax preparation, audit, legal, or regulated financial services. We are happy to prepare clean records for your accountant.

How do you handle my business information?

We limit access to what each task requires, use access methods you control (and can revoke), and agree on confidentiality terms in writing before work begins. Please do not send sensitive identifiers such as full payment card or Social Security numbers through the website form.

How does pricing work?

Every engagement is priced to its scope. Tell us what you want to hand off and we will send a written quote that states exactly what is included, before any work begins. We do not publish prices we cannot stand behind for your specific situation.

Can I start with a small project?

Yes. Many engagements begin with a small, clearly defined task so we can learn how you like to work. You can expand the scope as the relationship develops.

What do you need from me to get started?

A short description of what you want to hand off, the tools you currently use, and a preferred way to communicate. We will take it from there and confirm the scope in writing.

Ready to Make More Room for Growth?

Tell us what you would like to hand off. We will reply with an honest view on fit and a clear written scope.
